Steps:
- Sign in using the Business Account manager email/password at www.premiumparking.com
- Confirm you are on the Business Account level (Top-left corner should say Business Account)
- If you do not see the Business Account drop-down at the top-left corner, the profile is not setup as a Business Account manager. Reach out to support@premiumparking.com with any questions.
- Select Members
- Select Add Member
- Fill out the new member form
- Email, first name, last name are required, phone number is optional
- Be sure to assign a subscription by selecting 'Assign Subscription'
- Tags are additional information that you would like to note about the parker. This is NOT the parker's license plate information.
- Select Save
- Select Confirm
Once the Business Account manager confirms the information, Premium Parking will automatically email the parker with a link to setup their account, including asking for an account password (if a new account) and license plate. No further action is necessary from the Business Account manager.
