Receipt - Reservation



To retrieve or send yourself a receipt from a past/future parking purchase through our mobile app or website follow the following instructions:


Mobile App

  1. Log in using the email address or phone number session/reservation was used to purchase
  2. Click "History"
  3. Locate the desired session or reservation
  4. Click "Send Receipt"
  5. Enter an email address and Click "Send"


Website

  1. Log in using the email address or phone number session/reservation was used to purchase
  2. Select either "Session" or "Reservation" from the list on left side of screen
  3. Locate the desired session
  4. All sessions purchased will be listed and you may use a screenshot of the information as your receipt
