Receipt - Session
To retrieve or send yourself a receipt from a past parking purchase, through our mobile app or website, follow the following instructions:
Mobile App
Log in using the email address or phone number session/reservation was purchased using
Click the "History" icon
Locate the desired session
Click "Send Receipt"
Website
Log in using the email address or phone number session/reservation was purchased using
Select either "Session" or "Reservation" from the list on left side of screen
Locate the desired session
All sessions purchased will be listed and you may use a screenshot of the information as your receipt
Digital Machine Purchase or Cash Purchase
Send email to support@premiumparking.com
Include your name, phone number, parking location, license plate, date of parking and cost (if available)
An agent will reply with the receipt
