Terms of Purchase - Business Accounts

Term, Renewal, and Cancellation

Business account subscriptions are created for either a specified duration or one month if not otherwise specified (the “Initial Term”). Unless requested or agreed to otherwise, business account subscriptions will automatically renew for consecutive periods equivalent in length to the Initial Term (e.g., a one-month subscription beginning on May 3 will automatically renew on June 3, July 3, and so on; a two-week subscription beginning on October 14 will automatically renew on October 28, November 11, November 25, and so on; etc.) (each a “Renewal Period”, and together with the Initial Term, the “Term”, and within the Term, the Initial Term and each Renewal Period is a “Term Period”).

 

A business account subscription may be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, if cancelled by the business account manager, then at the option of the business account manager, the parker associated with a cancelled subscription will either (1) lose access to their subscription immediately or (2) retain full use of their subscription until the end of that Term Period. If a business account subscription is cancelled by the parker, then the parker will retain full use of their subscription until the end of that Term Period. Business account subscription fees are non-refundable.

 

A business account may be terminated in its entirety upon written request following the cancellation of all associated business account subscriptions. If and only if all subscription fees and other monies owed to Premium have been paid, Premium will return any remaining deposit (if one was collected) to the business account owner.

 

Invoicing

Premium’s GLIDEPARCS® parking management platform automatically generates monthly invoices (by default on the 1st of the following calendar month unless otherwise agreed) and emails them to the business account manager. Each invoice will include all parking transactions (subscriptions, validations, promo codes, and other amounts incurred) which occurred during the previous calendar month.

 

If your account is set up for automatic payments (by credit/debit card with a 2.5% processing fee, or by ACH draft with no processing fee), the GLIDEPARCS® system will automatically charge the invoice total to your default payment method on the invoice date. If no payment method is on file, or if the default payment method on file is declined, GLIDEPARCS® will automatically notify the business account manager by email of the account status, and the business account manager will be given the opportunity to provide an alternative payment method through the end of the business day. If your automatic payment method is declined and you fail to provide an alternative payment method by the end of the day, then we may temporarily deactivate your account until we receive your payment. While your account is deactivated, your parkers may be subject to enforcement action, including by citations or immobilization. In addition, we may assess a late fee of either $25 per parker or 5% of the total amount owed.

 

If your company has been pre-approved for manual payment (by credit/debit card, manual ACH deposit, or check), then you must pay the invoiced amount by the invoice due date (net 15 days unless otherwise specified on the invoice). If we do not receive and process your payment by the invoice due date, then we may temporarily deactivate your account until we receive your payment. We will notify you before deactivating your account for late payment. While your account is deactivated, your parkers may be subject to enforcement action, including by citations or immobilization. In addition, we may assess a late fee of either $25 per parker or 5% of the total amount owed.

 

*Note: Your parkers may be subject to citation fees, immobilization fees, unpaid parking fees, and other fees at times when your account is temporarily deactivated.

 

Payment

Payments by check must be received and processed prior to the due date. Premium Parking is not responsible for payments which are late due to mail processing or delivery. Even if you normally pay by check, you can choose to pay any invoice online by logging into your business account at premiumparking.com or by using the link in the invoice and the invoice email. You may pay any business account invoice by ACH with no processing fee, by credit or debit card with a 2.5% processing fee, or by check with a processing fee of $25.00 per check. Returned payments are subject to a $35.00 NSF fee. If you fail to pay any amounts due for any reason, Premium Parking may seek any remedy available to it under these terms or applicable law, including without limitation legal action. You are solely responsible for paying your account balance on time to avoid deactivation, suspension of parking privileges, enforcement actions against your parkers, late fees, or collection activities. Premium Parking is not liable for your failure to pay your account balance on time for any reason, including without limitation interruption or unavailability of the online payment system, our inability to access the corporate office, shipping and mail delays, or any other reason outside of our control.

 

You represent and warrant to Premium Parking that you are the owner or the authorized agent for the owner of the bank account or credit/debit card used in each transaction and that neither you nor anyone else will dispute any debit, charge, or other transaction made in accordance with these Terms. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are entering valid bank account or credit/debit card information as your payment method. You can change the stored payment method for your account at any time for any reason by logging into the GLIDEPARCS® business account management portal. If you are unable to access your business account, you may contact us at support@premiumparking.com. We will continue to charge you or your parkers (as applicable) for any and all amounts due on your business account by charging the applicable default payment method until and unless that payment method is changed or the business account is closed.

 

Credential

You are responsible for ensuring that all of your parkers' vehicles are properly credentialed. A vehicle is "properly credentialed" when, at minimum, its license plate number and state are associated with an active subscription in the GLIDEPARCS® system by logging into the parker's profile in the Premium Parking app or website. Each of your parkers is responsible for ensuring that their vehicles are properly credentialed. Alternatively, if necessary, business account managers can edit the license plate information associated with any active subscription under that business account. Failure to keep license plate information up to date may result in enforcement action, including by citation, immobilization, or towing of your parkers' vehicles.


Use

Your subscription allows you to park one vehicle in one parking space only at any given time. You may associate up to three vehicles with a single subscription, but only one vehicle can be on the location at a time.


The use of any subscription is subject to the rules and procedures of the location and to the terms of the subscription itself. Examples include but are not limited to the following:

  • A non-reserved subscription cannot be used to park in a reserved space.
  • A subscription cannot be used to park on a floor of a garage signed "Daily or visitor parking only", or similar.
  • A Monday-Friday subscription cannot be used to park on a Saturday or Sunday.
  • A regular subscription cannot be used to park in an EV charging space.
  • A 7th-floor-only subscription cannot be used to park on the 6th floor (or any other floor which isn't the 7th floor).
  • A subscription for location P101 cannot be used to park at location P110 (or any other location which isn't P101).
  • A subscription may not be used to park in Star Spaces®.


The subscriptions associated with your business account (whether reserved or non-reserved) are not a 24/7/365 guarantee. You and your parkers may be excluded from parking during special events, including without limitation special events occurring in the vicinity of the location, special events which occur at the location itself, and repair and maintenance work at the location. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify you or your parkers by email in advance of any such event. If any of your parkers fails to remove their vehicle from the location by the time communicated in the notification, their vehicle may be towed at the parker's expense.

 

Non-reserved subscriptions do not guarantee that space will be available. If you arrive at the location and find that no space is available, please call the Product Experience team at 844-236-2011, and we will make commercially reasonable efforts to accommodate you, including by providing complimentary parking at a nearby Premium location if one is available. 


If you or any of your parkers parks on an unattended lot or in an unattended garage and retains their car keys, no contract of deposit or bailment is created but only one of hiring or letting out of space. We are not responsible for losses resulting from theft, vandalism, or property damage to your or your parkers' vehicles or their contents.

       

Terms of Purchase - Individual Subscription

When you purchase a subscription from us, you are purchasing the ability to park your vehicle at the location you selected (and to any other locations specified at the time of purchase) between the Start Time and the End Time listed when purchasing your subscription. Most Premium Parking subscriptions renew automatically. If your subscription renews automatically, it will renew for an unlimited number of renewal periods equivalent in duration to the difference between the Start Time and the End Time of your original subscription purchase, unless cancelled according to the terms listed below. For example, a subscription with Start Time May 24, 2026, 12:01 AM CDT, and End Time April 24, 2026, 12:01 AM CDT may automatically renew each month on the 24th until cancelled; and a subscription with Start Time December 18, 2025, 12:01 AM PST, and End Time December 18, 2026, 12:01 AM PST, may automatically renew each year on December 18 until cancelled.

 

By signing up for a subscription and agreeing to these terms and conditions, you agree to have your subscription automatically renew as described above. You also agree to have your credit card information stored by our third-party credit card processing provider. We do not store any of your financial information – we only store what is needed for account setup (your name, contact information, vehicle information including license plate number, etc.). 

 

Your validation, or ‘parking pass’, is your license plate number. If, for any reason, you need to change the license plate or vehicle associated with your account, simply log in to your Premium Parking account and change the vehicle information. You can change license plates at any time during a billing period; changes are reflected in the enforcement system immediately. Failure to keep license plate information up to date may result in enforcement action, including by citation, immobilization, or towing of your vehicle.

 

If, at any time, you would like to cancel your subscription, you may do so with no cancellation fee. 
You must cancel before renewal if you do not wish to be charged for future renewal periods. When you cancel a parking subscription, you will still have full use of your parking subscription until the End Time of that term period. All subscription purchases are final. There are no refunds once a subscription is purchased, even if you cancel prior to the subscription end date. Rates are subject to change at any given time. Notice will be provided via email for any changes prior to renewal.

After purchase, please refer to your email receipt for more instructions.

Terms of Purchase - Reservation

When purchasing a "Reservation," you are purchasing a parking session which begins at a future time. This allows you to plan ahead for parking during the reserved time without needing to create a parking session upon arrival. A reservation does not guarantee that space will be available. If you arrive at the time of your reservation and no space is available, please contact us at 844.236.2011 or support@premiumparking.com, and we will make commercially reasonable efforts to re-accommodate you.

To extend your reservation in advance, simply make an additional reservation starting at the end time of the reservation you have already made. If you are already at the lot, simply purchase additional time through our mobile app, website, TextPay®, or CameraPay® channels.  

 

If you know that you will need more than one parking spot (for example, if you have a trailer or large vehicle that does not fit in a single spot), purchase an additional (separate) reservation for each parking spot you need, and please print both confirmation emails and place them on your dashboard. You must pay for each and every space you will be using.  

 

If you park on an unattended lot or in an unattended garage and you retain your car keys, no contract of deposit or bailment is created but only one of hiring or letting out of space. We are not responsible for losses resulting from theft, vandalism, or property damage to your vehicle or its contents.  

 

If you reserve parking at a valet or attended location and arrive with a vehicle which in our sole and absolute discretion is an oversized vehicle, you may be subject to an additional oversized vehicle charge. 

 

PARKING IS NOT TRANSFERABLE. You cannot transfer parking to other vehicles or other locations. 

 

We and our affiliates and partners may use your email address to send you informational notices and promotional opportunities. 

 

Cancellation Policy 

To cancel a reservation, please log in to your online profile at premiumparking.com and select “Reservations.” Look for the reservation you wish to cancel, and select “Cancel”. You will be able to select from two options: 

We will refund the full amount as a credit to your Premium Parking account. It will show up in your Premium Wallet and can be used to purchase parking across our locations. 


OR 


We can provide a partial refund to your original payment method with a processing fee based on time of cancellation, as follows: 

  • If the cancellation is five or more days before the reservation, you will be refunded the amount you paid less a 3% processing fee. 
  • If the cancellation is less than five days and more than 48 hours before the reservation start time, you will be refunded the amount you paid less a 10% processing fee. 
  • If the cancellation is less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours before the reservation start time, you will be refunded the amount you paid less a 25% processing fee. 
  • No refunds will be granted within 24 hours of the start time of the reservation. 

     

    Refunds are typically visible on statements after 3-5 business days.

Terms of Purchase - Session

All parking fees must be paid in advance. Your license plate number is the credential that makes your payment valid. The parking operator or a third-party enforcement vendor checks the license plates on the location. If you (1) park at this location without paying in advance, (2) enter the incorrect license plate number, (3) keep your vehicle parked past the end of your parking session, or (4) improperly park your vehicle in any way, you agree that the parking operator or a third-party enforcement vendor may ticket, immobilize, or tow your vehicle. If your vehicle is in more than one parking space, you must pay separately for each space. If you park multiple small vehicles (such as motorcycles or micro-cars) in a single space, you must pay the full parking rate for each vehicle separately. Parking sessions purchased through the Premium Parking mobile app, website, TextPay®, CameraPay®, on-site pay machine, or otherwise are nonrefundable after the start time of the session, whether or not you actually use the session.

Additional Provisions

The provisions of this section apply to all users of our applications, services, and parking facilities.


User Accounts: You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs with respect to your User Account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your User Account and keeping the username and password to your User Account secure. You agree to notify us immediately of any security breach or unauthorized use of your User Account. We will not be liable for any costs, losses, claims, or damages that you or any third party incurs which are directly or indirectly caused by any unauthorized use of your User Account. You agree to never use another party's User Account without such party's express written authorization.


Communications: We use email as our primary method of notification for invoices, payments, cancellations, and location closures. You may hold an account without a valid email address, but if you do, you may not receive communications from us. If, at any time, your contact information changes, it is your responsibility to update the contact information on your profile. You are responsible for any costs, fees, penalties, losses, claims, or damages of any type arising out of our inability to contact you for any reason outside of our control, including without limitation the lack of a valid email address or mobile phone number associated with your account, and you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any such cost, fee, penalty, loss, claim, or damage.


Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Premium Parking account or any subscription, reservation, session, or other right to access or grant access to any parking facility we manage if you violate any of these Terms and Conditions or if you use any such account or right in a fraudulent manner.


Unless you have paid for a reserved parking space, parking is permitted only in those spaces that are not designated as reserved, and only according to the rules of the parking facility. If you park in another person's reserved space, your vehicle will be subject to enforcement action, including without limitation by citation, immobilization, or towing. Repeat occurrences may result in termination of parking privileges and, potentially, denial of future parking.

Subscription parking does not include access to Star Spaces®. Anyone parking in a Star Space must pay the appropriate daily rate.


We reserve the right to close or limit access to any parking facility including without limitation at the direction of location owners with or without prior notice.


Subscriptions may not be used for long-term vehicle storage or for the storage or advertisement of vehicles for sale. Any vehicle which is left in a location for more than 72 hours at a time may be immobilized or removed at your cost and may result in cancellation of your subscription.

We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to vehicle or contents. 

We do not take custody of vehicles but only rent space.


PARKING TRANSACTIONS ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE. Parking sessions can be used only by the vehicle for which they are purchased and only at the location for which they are purchased.

 

This application may be used as a component of parking enforcement in which automated vehicle photo identification is utilized, including to provide access to the vehicle owner’s information, including name and address. The user of the application and all occupants of vehicles entering facilities where it is used acknowledge that their likenesses may be captured by the automated vehicle photo identification process and hereby consent to the same. If you utilize this application or park in our locations, you and all occupants of the vehicle consent, pursuant to the requirements of all state and federal laws, to Premium, MPS, their clients, and their agents obtaining your vehicle registration owner information, including name and address. This information is used for the sole purpose of collecting unpaid parking fees, violation fees, or invoice fees by sending Notices. These notices may be in the form of text messages, emails, USPS mail, or other forms of written communication sent to the registered owner of the vehicle or registered user of the application. Notices unpaid may be referred for collection to a debt collector and may subject the vehicle to towing or booting.
