How do I pay for parking?
Customers must pay the parking fee within 15 minutes of entering a Premium Parking location unless specified by the posted signage.
Premium Parking offers several methods of paying for parking, most of which are accessible from your smart phone.
Onsite Pay Machine
Pay machines may be available on site at the parking location. Not all Premium Parking locations will have onsite pay machines available, so you may need to use one of the other payment methods to purchase parking.
On parking lots, they are located under a canopy. At parking garages, the pay machines are typically located by the stairway or elevators.
Pay machines can accept cash, credit cards or debit cards.
To purchase your parking on the payment machine:
- Press any key on the keypad to begin.
- Enter your vehicle license plate number as displayed on the rear of your vehicle.
- Select the duration to park and press enter.
- Verify your vehicle and parking session details are correct. Insert cash or your card to complete the transaction.
- You may enter your phone number to receive a text message to remind you when your parking session will expire.
- When the transaction is completed, remember to take your receipt from the receipt slot. You do not need to place the receipt on your vehicle dashboard as your license plate is used to verify your validity.
Please note when you pay the parking fee by cash, you must use exact change. The pay machine does not provide change. If you need a refund on an overpayment, you must request a refund receipt and request the refund at https://www.premiumparking.com/request-a-refund
TextPay
Simply follow the posted instructions on-site to pay by text message. Enter your vehicle and payment details right from your phone — no app download required.
- Open your phone’s messaging app.
- Enter the receiving phone number as 504504.
- Text the parking lot or garage’s location number. This number starts with the letter ‘P’ followed by three or four digits.
- A link will be returned to you. Tap the link.
- You may sign in using your phone number or email address. If you wish to check out without signing in, tap the “Checkout as Guest” link.
- Enter your vehicle license plate number as displayed on the rear of your vehicle.
- Select the duration you want to park for.
- Verify your vehicle information and purchase details are correct.
- Click the Pay Now button to submit payment. You may pay using a credit card, debit card, Apple Pay or Google Wallet.
- Once payment is accepted, you will receive purchase confirmation by text or by email.
CameraPay
At select locations, our system recognizes your license plate when you enter and exit. Just follow the on-site instructions to complete your payment — fast and seamless.
- Open your smartphone’s camera and hold it over the QR code on the location signage.
- A link will appear on your phone’s screen. Tap the link.
- You may sign in using your phone number or email address. If you wish to check out without signing in, tap the “Checkout as Guest” link.
- Enter your vehicle license plate number as displayed on the rear of your vehicle.
- Select the duration you want to park for.
- Verify your vehicle information and purchase details are correct.
- Click the Pay Now button to submit payment. You may pay using a credit card, debit card, Apple Pay or Google Wallet.

Premium Parking App (free)
Download our free mobile app to quickly pay for parking, extend your session, manage vehicles, view receipts, and more. It’s the easiest way to park with us regularly.
- Download the Premium Parking app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store (it’s free).
- Sign into the app using your email address or phone number. You may receive a security code via text to enter in the app to complete the sign in process.
- Enter the location number of the parking lot or garage you wish to park at. The location number will begin with the letter ‘P’ followed by three or four digits.
- Tap Start Parking.
- Select the duration you want to park for.
- Enter your vehicle license plate number as displayed on the rear of your vehicle.
- Verify your vehicle information and purchase details are correct.

Online via Our Website
You can also pay directly through our secure website. Enter your location information, vehicle details, and payment method to complete your session in just a few clicks.
Things to Remember
To help avoid receiving a parking invoice or compliance action, please make sure to:
- Enter your vehicle’s license plate number as it appears on the license plate mounted on the rear of your vehicle
- Select the correct parking location
- Choose the correct duration or parking option (Star Space or EV[MK1] [DN2] )
- Review your information carefully before submitting
- Wait for and confirm your payment confirmation screen or receipt before leaving your vehicle

Promotional Codes
You can get a discount or complimentary parking by using a promo code at your parking purchase.
How to get a promo code
Promo codes are distributed by participating businesses or organizations, such as eateries, boutiques, and so on.
Unfortunately, Premium Parking does not provide promo codes directly as these are provided by participating businesses or organizations only.
How to apply a promo code
Promo codes must be applied at time of purchase.
You can apply a promo code in all contactless payment methods, (TextPay, CameraPay, and website) by clicking the “Have a promo code” link or tapping “Apply promo code” link on the Premium Parking app.
A box will appear where you can enter your promo code. Please note that the promo code is case sensitive. Once you enter the promo code, click or tap “Apply.” If you see the final price update, the code was applied successfully.
