To modify your license plate prior to arrival, login to your profile on the mobile app. Click the car icon. Click the "reservations" tab and locate the reservation. Click edit and select the appropriate vehicle. If your start time has passed you will need to contact Customer Service at 1.844.236.2011 prior to parking or make a new reservation and request a refund.

To modify your license plate prior to arrival, please login to your online profile at www.premiumparking.com and select "reservations" tab. Locate you reservation and click edit. You will be able to modify the information prior to start time. If the reservation start time has passed you will need to contact Customer Service at 1.844.236.2011 prior to parking or make a new reservation and request a refund. To modify your reservation (date, time, location) you will need to cancel your existing reservation and make a new one.
