Cancel Auto Renew - Subscriptions
Cancelling your auto renew will allow you to finish the current term of your subscription. We do not offer prorations for unutilized parking. Please use the following instructions to cancel the subscription.

Sign In using your email address and password
Click " Manage Account"
Click "Subscriptions" on the left side of screen
Click "Change Subscription" and then "Cancel Subscription"
Insert a cancellation reason (optional)
*Confirm
*Note: you will have access until the date listed on your subscription.
Premium Parking Mobile App
Open Premium Parking App
Sign in using your email and password (or phone number if this has been set up)
Click the "History" Icon
Select the Subscription you would like to change
Click "Change Subscription" and then "Cancel Subscription"
Insert a cancellation reason (optional)
Confirm
